This parallel-flow version of the original condenser is a direct replacement part that installs in the car exactly the same as the original condenser. It significantly improves the air-conditioning system efficiency. Ideal for cars that are converted to the newer 134a refrigerant.
*1970 was a mixed year for the Camaro, which could have come with 1 of 4 different types of fittings for the discharge hose (hose from compressor to condenser). There is Barbed, Flared, Quick Disconnect and O-Ring. THIS CONDENSER IS FOR THE O-RING SETUP ONLY. The other setups can be made to work with this condenser, but additional fittings will be required and are not included.
