This Variable Orifice Tube is insterted into the lower fitting of the evaporator core, located on the firewall. This is an upgrade over the original fixed orifice tubes and greatly helps cooling when you are in stop and go traffic. Fits as original and does not require any modification to the system. Will work with R12 or 134a.

* Will not work with condenser mounted orifice tube applications.
